→  Construction of concrete foundations, totaling 8 ea pad footings, 1 ea Large Pit Footing and 335 lf of continuous footings. Total of 93 cy of concrete and 9,200 # of rebar.

→  Construction of Slab on Ground for building totaling 3,874 sf and 55 cy of concrete.  Work includes visqueen, wire mesh, rebar for exterior pavements & termite control.

→  Construction of 8” and 12” building and pit stem walls totaling 2,324 ea regular blocks.
