→  Extensive electrical, plumbing and HVAC refurbishment, including almost complete replacement of electrical wiring

→  Complete demolition of 4th floor of building that was added recently in order to comply with the original building design and restoring historic clock tower

→  Redistribution of internal space in order to maximize square footage
